What do I need to bring to collect my order from collection address
1. Proof of purchase - a copy of your confirmation email or your sales receipt, or text message.
2. For protection against fraud, we cannot release your order without seeing a form of photo ID .
3. If someone else is collecting the goods on your behalf, they must present your proof of purchase, as well as their own photo ID.
How long are orders kept in store for collection? Your order will be held for 7 days. If you haven’t collected your order after 7 days it will be sent back to us and you will be refunded if you pay by card.
If your order value is €60 or more, it qualifies for free delivery to any destination in the United Kingdom (subject to a max weight of 20kg). Orders of values less than €60 will incur a standard delivery charge of €9.50. Where we use a courier company - a signature will be required for proof of delivery.

We will dispatch your order within 1-2 working days of receipt of your order, (same day if order is placed before 9 am), providing all items are in stock. Deliveries within Ireland are generally delivered the next day after dispatch, though please allow up to two days for delivery after receiving your dispatch notification. Up to 3 days after dispatch to the UK and up to 5 days after dispatch for all other E.U. countries

In the unlikely event that the item you ordered is not in stock, we will contact you and let you know the expected delivery date or offer you alternative.
