Step 1: Follow HSE Preventions Instructions Guidelines: Stay at Home, Wash your Hand & Social Distancing for Your Protection


Step 2: Inhaling Steam Essential Oils 
Balm ( Robb Balm, Aboniki Balm, Tiger Balm White:  All Balms  contains Ingredients: Eucalyptus, Menthol, Camphor, Methyl Salicylate)
And Essential Oils ( Lemon, Peppermint) 
          
Inhaling vapor made with the essential oil can loosen mucus so that when you do cough, it’s expelled. Using a rub containing eucalyptus, Camphor, Lemon,  oil will produce the same effect.
If your head is feeling stuffed or you can't stop coughing, try essential oil steam. 

Directions: Pour boiling water into a mental or glass bowl
Add  Half teaspoon of anyone of the balms listed above
Add 3 to 4 drops of Lemon oil and peppermint essential oil inside the boiled water
Drape a  clean towel over your head and position your face 10-12 inches above the bowel and breathe in the steam for 10 mins making sure you open your mouth, You will notice that you are sweating and your lungs are clearing.

Camphor oil works as a decongestant and cough suppressant. According to a 2010 study, vapor rub was most effective in relieving night cough, congestion, and sleep difficulty in children with upper respiratory tract infections.


Menthol: provides effective relief from many respiratory problems including nasal congestion, sinusitis, asthma, bronchitis and the common cold and cough. It is often included as an ingredient in natural chest rubs to help with congestion.

Step 3: Add slices of fresh lemon in boil water every morning before breakfast and last at night to alkalize your body.
