AS A GENERAL USE CONDITIONER- apply generously throughout hair, from roots to ends. leave on one-five minutes, then rinse thoroughly. AS A DEEP CONDITIONING TREATMENT- apply generously throughout hair from roots to ends, cover hair with plastic cap, then sit under a warm-hot hooded dryer for 10 minutes, remove cap then rinse thoroughly. FOR USE AS A CO-WASH- rinse hair thoroughly with lukewarm water, then apply generously, gently massaging into hair and scalp. Rinse thoroughly and repeat.
